you have nothing to lose by appealing and everything to win, there is a little stress involved but that is nothing compared to the help the money can be ..the tribunal is fairly friendly and you will be asked a few questions , people who attend stand a better chance of winning , and you get your travel there paid for .

DLA appeals guideGet an appeal form from the Jobcenter plus (GL24) fill it in stating the reasons you disagree with the decision. And get an Advice Agency involved .
